I just graduated and I have a full-time job in Engineering in my college town. I didn't want to go back to my parents' house and live with my parents my college town is small and there are slim chances that I will get a boyfriend here. I feel guilty for not moving back home and like I'm not grateful enough.

I feel so lucky all the time I feel so lucky like so lucky not lucky in a way where it's just moments of realization of I'm grateful.

I think regret and feeling unlucky is tied if you regret a lot of things and you feel unlucky kind of because it's just like it's kind of like you picked the wrong luck so if you feel unlucky a lot of the times I think maybe trying regret trying to tone that one down a bit be patient with yourself and um just be kind of grateful for what you got

I would just um just try to get to the root cause of it I think uh yeah I think

I think regret is a precursor I think to feeling unlucky but uh just try to be grateful and that's a very active process it's a it's a forceful thing it's not it's like drinking water you know at first when you're drinking water oh my god did I already do this analogy on patreon sorry guys but it's like drinking water you know at first when you want to get into that stuff you're forcing it down your throat quite literally and then eventually it's just there all the time
