The future outlook for cmic is really varied, it's uh there's just from a broad perspective there's a geographic expansion and then there's Market penetration expansion so we about seven eight years ago we had launched our multi-tenanted or cloud enabled deployment up until then we've been a single instance deployment and usually concentrated specifically to the Enterprise

It's more of enjoying a a real nice glass of scotch sitting back big Ice Cube and just chilling with that and then really reflecting on the week that like I love those weeks I just had a spectacular week I I was you know zigzagging I went from Toronto to Phoenix Phoenix to Dallas Dallas back then home and I can't wait to just chill tomorrow night and really just reflect on it cuz you have weeks like that where you meet customers and you meet prospects and it's just a great relationship

The customer service from our group is critical you know we pride ourselves in being the bridge into you know into this office you know and into our organization and being the face of cmic you know there's really zero tolerance for anything other than a pleasant experience for these customers and solving their problems and pushing them into new applications and finding the right people for them to talk to
